Bug vbDownloads content in Sitemaps

Hi Belzor,

In the created sitemaps for vbDownlaods categories and downloads are included that are not enabled for unregistered users.
There are also categories and downloads listed are only enabled for moderators and administrators.

Please leave only record categories and downloads in the site map, the unregistered for the Users group have the right to "Can View".

I've uploaded hotfixes to /dbtech/downloads/includes/class_sitemap.php to resolve this
