Legacy UserGroup General Setting

I May have posted this earlier but I don't see it...
General Settings

Usergroups Not Allowed
Usergroups that "CAN NOT" use Donate system.
Tick the boxes of the groups you do not want to be able to use the donation system.

Request that it work with Primary and Secondary Groups.

Issue Example: User Group allowed but is also a member of another group which is Not allowed, therefore does not have access.

I would prefer it work with the group allowed.
