Hi,
I notice that when I remove a resource from public view, it does not take credits away from the user. It only removed the credits for the user when I permanently delete a resource. Is there a way to trigger an event negation when I remove a resource from public view?
Another question I want to ask is regarding the ticket system. Would it be possible to remove the "choose license" section from the ticket as I do not plan to use it to offer product support?
