Pending Option for the [Registration] event to set the 'Event amount' to the average of members ranked between <x> and <y>

To keep having new members the chance to join our Merit system and to be a valid part of it, where we use your addon to encourage people to contribute to our platform and to [Donate] to others as a means to appreciate them, it would be great to have the following new feature:

Give the [Registration] event the option to set to 'Event amount' to the average total currency amount of the members ranked between <x> and <y> on the list (so for example the average of all members ranked between 51 and 100 on the list).

With the ability to set this value between members ranked between <x> and <y>, we keep it flexible to fine-tune this amount to the optimal setting.
