Legacy Unban from thread Item

I'd like to have an item that someone can purchase to unban someone from a thread when they've been banned using the threadban item.

Hmm... That'd be tricky considering deactivating and reactivating the threadban item would just refresh the ban xD

I'll have to figure out some form of override flag... Perhaps store whether the ban is active alongside userid and threadid, having deactivated item sets flag to 0, then a second override flag prevents the active flag from turning on...

Thinking out loud so I'm not starting from scratch when it's time to work on it
