Bug Unable to update to 7.2.3 error

Currently on 2.3.7 with this error:

• Macro public:helper_js_global :: body() error: Cannot modify container while locked

Unable to update as attempting to won't load the page to let me upload the file and gives me the above errors repeatedly. Rebuilds get stuck processing and disabling the add-on is currently the only thing that works to prevent the errors. I was planning to update to 2.3.8 near the end of the month so I tried updating with 7.2.3 in advance to prevent any issue but this happened instead and now I can't

Hello! sorry for the delay, I did and upon upgrade and attempted reinstallation I got this error:

• File clean up job failed for DBTech/Shop due to write permissions. Legacy files may need to be cleaned up manually.
