Bug Thread rewrite wrong getting a 404 eror

Could it be that someone put in a '/' in the title of the forum when that thread was created?

I've had something similar on mine where someone created the thread with a '%' in the title. There should be a restriction on invalid characters when a thread is created. To get out of the issue I went into myPhpAdmin and manually changed the thread title, cleared the cache on the forum, and I could then access the thread again.
