Status on Xenforo downloads release?

Just wanted to ask if there is any status on the release of a Xenforo based downloads mod? I know you had mentioned that it was in the works but just wanted to find out when we might see a release?

Our XF mods are low priority at the moment - they get on as and when the relevant coders have time. Unfortunately the porting process is not as simpleas we had hoped, and very few of our customers have/plan to switch in the near future - it wouldn't be fair the the majority if we put all of our resources into XF
