Bug Shoutbox distorted

Hello,

I have installed the addon for the first time, but the shoutbox is displayed incorrectly.

It is the standard style of vBulletin, only the colors have been changed.

I have no url, since I test it on an internal network.

I hope they can help me with the removal of the error. It is a very nice addon and I would like to use it publicly.

This can happen if you have the IE7 Compatibility Header turned on in the vBulletin Options.

With v3.8.11 I do not find the option.

Unfortunately TeamViewer is not an option, you will need to install this product on a server somewhere, sorry

Then it should go with teamviewer?

Unfortunately TeamViever is still not an option. I will need an FTP and AdminCP account in order to look into this further.
