Bug Shout Permission Fail To Update

I am not sure when it started, but i am unable to update permissions. The top half of the permissions for VB shout edit fine, such as forcing idle, moderations, editing shout, etc.

The second half, like giving them bbcodes, allowing images, links etc, wont allow me to update even though i check off certain items in the list. I am pulling my hair out on this one.

They both update using the exact same code, so not being able to update the other makes absolutely no sense to me

Try temporarily turning off any mod that uses some form of caching, if that doesn't help then please PM me with an FTP account and an admin account with Can Admin vBShout, and I'll take a look
