I am moving my files to another server, I can't move this file.

dbtech_vbshout_shout

because its to big,

Can I delete all these shouts at once?

I went into the archives and all I could find is to delete one at a time

If you run TRUNCATE TABLE dbtech_vbshout_shout you will quickly prune all shouts from your database
