Question Sellback added items

Hi, there.
I'm freelancer and generally work for this site. I have a copy of site and work with it at OpenServer, but i haven't lic, cause i'm not customer. In process I face with a problem. Common users can't sell back items that was added in their inventory by administration (actionUpdate). And I wish to ask you have i can fix it. Thank you in advance!

Whether an item can be sold back depends on the item settings.
