This may be going above and beyond the price point for this full featured add-on but one part of running a mailing list is to not only figure out the reason for unsubscribes, but try to regain loyalty - usually with a call to action.
I was wondering, perhaps as a future feature request, if adding in some version of the following may not be of interest to those using this or considering this product over a third party, hosted, solution for example....:
* Free form unsubscribe reason. Let the person leaving give their own answer if one does not match.
* Call to action option; maybe one for each specific reason. Can lead to a feedback page - allowing the person to confirm, for sure, that they want to unsubscribe - but depending on their reason (page they are sent to) the list host can provide some incentives and information to help keep them on.
.... that's the "simple" part of that all, but even that helps to maintain and retain people.
