Pending See user's email validation status in their profile

When I go to an account and validate the email address there, then I don't see a result. It just seems to save the page and close it.
When I go to the validation log it does not display any validation either.
When I go to the email validation service provider website then I do see that a validation has taken place. Its unclear what the result No change to the account was made. Its possible that the email address was valid.

I would expect a validation result modal before the page closes.
I would also expect a log entry.
Is this a bug?
Please consider to improve this functionality.

This is not a bug.

There is no entry in the validation log unless there's a problem, to avoid the log from bloating into the gigabytes for large forums.

Notes to self:

• Info block similar to "XenForo License Validation"
• Infer validation status based on user state
• TO_MANY relation on validation log and pick the latest entry if validation status is bounced?
