Can we remove the ability of the author being able to rate their own review.

As a user. It doesn't make any sense to me that the author can rate it again as a user. Or am I looking at it the wrong way?

that's something I mean to bring up. Users can change their rating which I'm not sure if we want that or not.
But to your question. If they view a review and they change their rating, it will change their submitter rating and will still count as 1 rating. They wont have both a user and submitter rating.

If I had to make the choice I would not allow user to change their rating or rate again and same for the author.
However if I am the minority opinion then I am fine with it either way.
