Bug RC3 Normalize Permissions

So new here and will be logging some feedback for you. Hopefully it'll help you or at the very least mildly irritate you.

First issue after installing, Credits View Permission set to yes for Registered group as well as one of my other secondary normal user groups. It is also set for Moderating and Admin secondary roles which I sort of get.

Suggestion on fresh install:
Ensure Registered and non-admin and non-moderator role users are all set to No. We don't want to show undefined new features.

Also for some reason a random group was also set to Yes (I call them Power Users). Don't know why/how.

This will not be implemented. The default permissions are required in order to improve the experience for new administrators who are not familiar with our software or perhaps not that familiar with XF2 in general.

I guess that's one way of looking at it. Another way is someone unfamiliar with XF will not only have a steep XF learning curve but will have an unconfigured/undefined feature enabled for all to see and question with little hope of figuring out how to disable it.
Most addons are always added as disabled from experience (especially ones that impact users/add to the UX) hence the question.
