Pending RM author and category permissions

I am using DB Credits in RM, so the user need to have credit in order to download any file from RM, if he doesn't have enough credit, then he needs to buy it. Some of RM authors informed that they want to make their resources free, on the other hand, other authors want to gain money if somebody downloaded their files.

Therefore, I suggest to add an option so the author can avoid DB credits system and to offer his files free.
Moreover, it will be great to add RM category permissions
