Legacy Progress Bar

Hi Ozzy, I previusly made this suggestion before but it was in another thread, but I will make a seperate thread, I'd like this progress bar to be added to the vBDonate Pro so users can switch from the default one to this via admin cp.
Also an option to add this progress bar to the forum block/vBadvanced block would be neat.

I also had Cosmic look into it, and it appears to be good with him since it appears to be MIT License.
