Bug PM Titles In Archives

Bug in the new version of vBshout.

When looking at the archive you can see the title of other members Private Messages they have sent and received. Its also the same on here.

Also version number doesn't update in ACP

Confirmed all working fine. Just the version number not updated in the ACP. No biggy on that though.

That should now be resolved
