Implemented Physical Product QTY

Really need to a way for users to pick the QTY of a single item vs adding the same item multiple times. Also, a way to use the shipping calculation API from USPS would be ideal. The shopping cart that is an official add-on for IPB is really full-featured so it is definitely possible.
