Is it possible to have this function on Dragonbyte Ecommerce? Or does it already exist?

No, and there's no plans to implement that either, as eCommerce is designed to only work with real world currencies.

That being said, someone could create a payment profile that uses Credits instead of something like PayPal, so it's not impossible to achieve.
