Yes, I understood that. The only way this could possibly happen, as far as I know, is if you have a 3rd party addon installed that restricts BBCode permissions in some way. If that mod was coded incorrectly, or it has a "turn off all BBCode" mode, it might interfere.

No-one else is able to replicate this issue.

Yes, I am also checked with all add-on disabled. Hash tag only work after edit post, Please can you let me know that what the difference between after edit post? Same URL but not working from creating new thread but hash tag working from reply to thread without edit post. So problem from creating new thread. This some how problem with v1.0.2. OK I am also making another video.

Are you able to narrow down the problem based on which features you have enabled in that mod? Try disabling all its extra features.

No, Disabling this add-on also have this issue. I think found this issue, not compatible with @au lait SEO add-on.
