No message showing email sent successfully after submit Verify Email Before Registration.

You can force redirect screens by enabling the relevant vBulletin option, this is a vBulletin global feature. We don't see a reason to force messages to display when this should be left up to the admin.

Its not enabling the relevant vBulletin option? Invites send showing message without enabling the relevant vBulletin option.

Just because the author has decided to enable forced redirect screen on some redirects, does not mean this is a bug. It's working as intended just now, if you'd like the behaviour changed, feel free to open a feature request

Bug reports should only be filed for defects in the software (e.g. if the app did not redirect), not a lack of visual feedback when redirecting.
