Legacy No horizontal rule shown in saved templates or sent mails

I just made a mail template and saved and went to edit it and the previously added horizontal rules are now displaying as

[HR][/HR]

This also appears on end users mails.

That BBCode currently isn't supported in BBCode emails, sorry
