Legacy Moderation Notification

I would like the notification bar to notify moderators and admins when Items need attention...such as moderated post, members and reported post.

That might be challenging seeing as it doesn't distinguish between separate notifications. Or perhaps more specifically, it does not know that a "moderated posts" notif is more important than a "AUT quote" notification.

I'll put this as under consideration, but I wouldn't hold my breath in case it can't be done
