Bug Moderated event not showing up in moderation queue

I have an credit event awarded based on a 0 point trophy, event is marked as moderated. I see the credit awards in my transaction log but did not see the event go into the moderation queue. This did work in a prior release/time frame.

It would help if you could specify when specifically it was working

Yeah that would be nice Unfortunately I can only say that it was with rc2 of credits and earlier in May based on recollection. The event criteria did not change. This is also a sort of monthly event so it's a bit tricky to recreate but I'll give it a go.

Can you check the transaction table to see the what the transaction_state column is for those events?

Nothing changed between RC2 and Gold that even touched the events code, so from my perspective it's hard to understand that something that worked in RC2 would not work in Gold.
