Bug Members being charged for birthdays/daily activity assigning issue

For some reason, members are being charged instead of given points on their birthdays. I've set it so it gives - charging is completely disabled. Here are some settings and transaction logs, as well as a screenshot of the user being charged. Additionally, the 'Daily Activity' event is filling the transaction logs with tons of entries despite it only assigning the points once.

It looks like either the Daily Activity event gave him 15 points twice, then the Birthday charged 15 points, or the Birthday didn't add any points at all.

As you can see, he didn't purchase or do anything to decrease his point amount either.

The admin credentials are the same as the previous ticket.

From the transaction log, everything related to the Birthday event seems to be working as intended, and the only issue is that the language of the alert is wrong.

Do you have any reason to believe this is not the case?

The point value didn't increase. He should have gained 15 points, but instead it looks like he either lost two or there was no point gain. The logs show he didn't purchase anything, so there's no reason for the balance to not have increased by 15.

Since 48+15 = 63, I'm more inclined to believe there's an issue with the daily activity inserting transaction log entries when it shouldn't.

Have you tried using the Rebuild feature to recalculate points amounts?

That looks like it's also an issue, but it looks like the daily activity added that, not the birthday, as seen here:

Regardless, one of the two isn't working, so it's something that should be looked at firsthand, I think.

Rebuilding didn't fix anything - just messed up all the point values.

So, after spending a good chunk of the night fixing up the economy after it retroactively assigned points, we're just going to disable the Birthday and Daily Activity events. Getting this fixed isn't worth the stress it's caused and the time it's taken to fix the other issues that came up because of it.

Alright, if any other site runs into a similar problem (out of all our customers, your site is the only one who's reported this issue) it'll be fixed if I can replicate it there
