Legacy MaxCDN Integration

Please can you add option MaxCDN for CDN integration?

I'm running MaxCDN with vbOptimise. Runs well, been using it for a couple of years now.

When in vBOptimise/CDN Integration select 'Origin Pull or Mirror', then Continue

For the server name this will depending on how you set it up in MaxCDN. For my server I just put cdn at the beginning, so

http://cdn.solent-renegades.co.uk

no trailing slash.

In VOptimize/CDN Integration check the CDN Status, if offline, then switch to online. VBOptimise will now change the URL's of certain parts to the website to be served from CDN.

The info is assuming you have already created the Pullzone in MaxCDN and added required DNS entries.
