Implemented Manually validate email from user account

It would be quite handy if there was a function to validate a users email address, right from the user account edit. (action drop down)

For example, we frequently get multiple account reports for users who first registered with an invalid email and then try again with a new account. Validating the email address for each user will show us which account we need to merge.
