Message from the host:

Additionally, our admin had disabled suspicious file /home/rtiindia/public_html/forum/dbseo.php on the server and suspended the site as it's got infected with malware.
Currently folder /home/rtiindia/public_html/forum/dbtech/vboptimise/filecache deletion is in process. which will take time due to it's huge size.
We will update you as soon as it is complete.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance in this regards. We would be glad to assist you.

Neither of those things are malware, your host is deleting files without your consent and you need to find a better web host IMMEDIATELY.

The reason why they believe DBSEO is malware is the fact that all forum traffic gets routed through dbseo.php.

The filecache directory is meant to be huge if you have a big forum.

To reiterate, please get away from that host as soon as humanly possible, as deleting files without your express consent is quite frankly appalling.

If you have a very very large forum then it is plausible. I would recommend using Redis instead of Filecache, if your host supports it.
