Legacy Integrate vbAnswers with vbCredits

2. I had mention this before but I am listing it here for reference. Tie up vbAnswers with vbCredits so that it is possible to pay users (in certain user groups) every month based on the total number of solutions, best answers etc.

We'll probably append it to the existing Points Table / Points Field configuration rather than specifically integrating it into vBCredits.
