Question Icons and admin section not visible

I've recently installed this and for some reason the DBTech - Post Thanks nav box doesn't show up in my admincp nav menu

and

the links do not show up under the post.

I've tried reloading both the add-on and the xml to no avail. Any thoughts?

Make sure you are set as Super Administrator in config.php
