Bug https links parse as access denied

I've notice this quite a lot recently that when somebody posts a link to a https site the link title parses as "access denied"

Example url Windows 10 ISO

Post where is happens - want to reinstall win10 - Windows 10 Forums

Edit - strange it works here.


Edit 2 - updated to latest dbseo and still the same.

This would either be a problem with your server, or with the remote site blocking your server from fetching content over HTTPS.

Unfortunately I can't assist with this, the problem is not in our mod. Sorry
