Question Header possability?

What i'd like to do is probably impossible, but i need to know. Is it possible to put the shoutbox in the location i applied it in the image i attached with a custom width?

Unfortunately the header template is rendered too early for the Shoutbox to be able to hook into it

Same with the footer template.
