Legacy Handle multiple clicks of verification email with a redirect

Just noticed that if you click the link from email verification (before registration) multiple times you get an error saying the link has been used.
I think it would be better if it just redirected you to the form if possible as I think it would be easier for the user to understand what went wrong.

That's a nice simple feature that would be largely helpful.
