Make sure you have uploaded the full contents of the upload folder via a FTP application, not the File Manager in cPanel, as the file in question definitely exists.

Ah, I see the issue. This will be resolved in the next version, but in the meanwhile you can edit /dbtech/dbseo/actions/admin/analytics.php and change Chart.Linetooltip.js to Chart.LineTooltip.js and it should work for you

That is not a bug, but it's something that's unneeded and will be removed in the next version.
