Where is this

SYSTEM is the phrase, dbtech_vbshout_system

The Shoutbox has just been pruned! is the phrase, dbtech_vbshout_shoutbox_pruned

It seems that the two of dbtech_vbshout_shoutbox did it ...it just took a while.
