Implemented Global Option Gift Active

Please can you add settings Global Option Gift Active automatically. Custom Item are active automatically. Our member requested this functionality and asking why gift need active manually.

Thank you for suggesting this feature, it has now been implemented. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future release (7.2.0).
