Question Gift/Tip Credits

Is there a way for members to gift / tip other members credits from their balance if they want to?

You'll need to setup a Donate event, after which clicking on any currency link will open the currency popup where users can go to the Donate tab to send currency to other users

If I can ask another question @Fillip H. - is there a way to turn off the alert notifications when you are awarded credits?

I believe each event has an alert toggle, and users can turn off alerts via their preferences.
