No, and there's no plans to do that at this time, sorry.

If they purchase the same digital product twice, the support period does not stack. If they renew their existing license instead of purchasing a brand new license, the support period does stack.

okay, maybe i can get people to purchase the product twice then open a ticket and ill manually gift it

i see. ive made some basic addons before but i assume extending your system is out of my league. i'll just leave it in the hands of manual transfers using the ticketing system.

do you have the ability to set permissions for product branches?

i think this is in the addon but i have to demo to check

for example, you have xf1 and xf2 as the branches for most of your products. if i wanted to set it so a select few users can use an early access branch before pushing to the main branch, can i? or do i need a separate product for that?

is there anyway to do productless products? (cant think of a better term)

the user purchases the upgrade and the site gives them a role. that role is what gives them access to the product from another addon (my addon).

our software is just one centralized download that the user runs and based on their permissions on the forum, they get access to different parts of the software. they're still separate products and need to be advertised as such which is why im not using the user upgrade system.

At this time, you would be better off creating a dedicated page to advertise your user upgrade purchases. The eCommerce system, while it does support assigning user groups, does not currently support service-based products like this would be.

that’s unfortunate because this addon is so expansive and feature filled that id really like to try to make it work.
