Bug Getting Error when creating new listing

When creating listing getting this error:

Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in ..../dbtech/classifieds/actions/listing.php on line 1196

I'll have a check in the code to make sure there's no issue still there, but I'm sure this got fixed... apologies for taking so long to post in the thread.
