Legacy First 30 days only?

Can this have an option to permit new users to be able to change their user name, however, limit that capability to the first 30 days after registering?

That's not possible within the mod - you'll need to set up a vBulletin Promotion where their primary usergroup change after 30 days, and these two usergroups having different Username Change permissions

Roger that ....

I decided to set it so they can change it once in 365 days.....

That should serve the purpose of a member who mad a mistake when they registered and used an embarrassing name etc ...
