Hello,

The manage events trigger wont allow me to select active/inactive check box. Earlier I had created a bunch of events successfully, but when I edited the purchase event and clicked save, everything went unchecked.

I have tried rebuilding the data with no luck as well.

Sorry, I'm not sure what exactly you're referring to. The "Manage Event Triggers" page does not have any checkboxes, though you can edit them to set some global options for certain event triggers.

The "Manage Events" page does have checkboxes, although if you are having problems saving that page please check the max_input_vars setting in php.ini. Make sure it's set to 100000 or higher, then restart Apache/PHP.

Update*

I went into the sql database and forced it active & global. Refreshed the admin section and it was visible but still could not select the checkbox itself. I clicked save and it forced it inactive again. Revisited the database and settings were back to 1. I do not have the event settings off in the main options either.

Are you running your forum in debug mode?

Unless this is just your ACP style being terrible, you may have erased all the event trigger settings and you should probably reinstall the modification. You should never touch the checkboxes on that page if you are running your site in debug mode.

Im not running it in debug mode and I couldn't change any of those options anyways. The only thing I could do is click on, say "adjust" and see the options. It doesnt give me options to change the settings. The only thing I did was click on purchase > test payment > yes. When I press saved all the green checkboxes went away.

I think your best bet at this point would be a reinstall, just so the settings return, then we can go from there.

Ya I went ahead and did that. Im just not gonna touch anything in the events trigger manager and hope to not recreate the problem. Thanks
