Question Errors when I try to run queries

Hi there,
after the upgrade I'm not able to run queries and I have also found these errors in the ACP - Mainteinance - General Update Tools

and also if I try to run a query it says:


There was an error while trying to execute your query. It was returned the following information.
Error number: 1146
Error description: Table 'SqlXXXXX2_3.forum' doesn't exist

You need to use your table prefix when using queries, and you also should upgrade to vB 4.2.3 Beta 3 in order to get rid of such warning messages

I prefer to not install a version that Vb call "Unstable and Unsupported Version"
the 4.2.3

I'd rather to install it when will be released the alpha version and not the beta.

Alpha versions are more unstable than Beta

But don't you think it is very strange, that they say that for this upgrade they release is "Unstable and Unsupported Version".
Do you have installed it and test it?
What do you think about it?

In reality, I don't trust more in an upgrade that is presented in this way.

That is a standard disclaimer that has been in the vB downloads area since day 1, and they only call it a Beta so that they can get more reports of broken vB4 functionality before they release a full new version.

We are running Beta 3 on this site with no ill effects thus far

Right now they have release the official 4.2.2 Patch level 2 Version.
And they are telling to make this upgrade.
Do you think that if I install this version it will fix?

No, only 4.2.3 contains these fixes. 4.2.2 PL2 contains a security fix that is also incorporated into 4.2.3 Beta 3.

The thing that I'm thinking about from days, is:
and if all plugins I have after the upgrade to 4.2.3 don't work, what I do?
I nothing can ask for support to vbulletin.com

There isn't a way to let the plugin work with the official release of Vb?

The error messages you are showing have nothing to do with this mod.

If you say that this is not a problem of the plugin I will search what I can do to fix it.

But I see that after I have installed the pugins in both forums I have, is appeared in the top of the home page this message:

If you search this phrase on google, will be shown only my sites.

That is a bug in another plugin that runs on forumhome_complete, it's not a bug in our products as we do not utilise eval().
