Bug Error install

The gallery isn't working good.
I get this error when I try to visit the gallery:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach(in) [path]/dbtgallery.php on line 194

Also the skin isn't good
I get message:
Missing File.

At least how can users visit the gallery?
There is no button or something else.

Do you have any gallery instances setup in the ACP?
If you want, you can give me temp admin and I'll login and check it out.

Done this but still this errors:

Sounds like the script doesn't have the permissions it needs. Try setting the upload directory and it's child directories to 777
