Havn't sent out a bulk email since September, they were working fine back then. No email settings have been changed since then. Users are able to sign up to the forum and they get an email. So emails within vBulletin are all functional.
I have a test email list with 3 email addresses on it. If I send the test email(s), I don't receive any. Maybe I am doing something wrong, although I'm not doing anything different since I last used it in September. I have upgraded vbMail a couple of times since then though.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

I will try a few things in a couple of hours as have to nip out now.

Dan.

1. Have you checked your spam folder?

2. Have you made sure the "Process E-Mail Queue" scheduled task in vBulletin has been ran since you sent the test email?

3. Have you tried the "Send Mail Immediately" flag in your test mailing list's configuration?

Thanks for the things to check.

1. Not in the spam folder, sent to three different email accounts on different domains. One of the email addressed is the same that used when I have subscribed to a Thread, and those are coming in fine from the Forum.

2. Process email queue s queued every 10 mins. I have waited longer than that. In fact when I send the email they do not appear in the queue, even though they are meant to be queued.

3. Yes, ticked the 'send immediately' when I was trouble shooting, still no email though. :(

I can log in though SSH, so just going to see if there is an log files I can check.

{edit: I have no_value in error_log] in PHP Info

Oh, one more thing I forgot to mention: Do you have "Receive Email from Administrators" enabled in your UserCP? If not, it'll skip your accounts.

Yes just checked the 'Admin Email', all three accounts (in the test list) do have this.

Just used the contact form on my forum as a test, I see that email went into the outgoing email queue.

It appears like vbMail isn't submitting emails into the queue. Is there a way to interrogate the passing over of emails? to check its functioning

You'd need to turn off the send email instantly to see those emails appearing in the vB mail queue table.

I think it was something odd with my test users. I have 4 different email accounts, the latest one I added emails are being added to the queue for that one.

I will try the bulk email to everyone signed up now, it should work the same as before after seeing that. Must be something iffy with my test users.

Just done a bulk email to everyone signed up, have 603 in the queue, so that looks right.

I put it down to my test accounts i had.
