You can test this here as well. Switch to the MMO theme, click the dropdown box to change to another theme while the active theme is the MMO theme.

It's gray for me on the Dragonbyte MMO skin for the latest build, this seems to be how Vbulletin makes the browser load that menu. I haven't found any CSS values to change at this point.
