Hi,

I've been trying to figure out why successful donations have not been registered in the donate sidebar widget.

It was configured to list "all donation drives" but I've played around with pretty much every setting at this point, removed all the extra.less mods I did to it, and rebuilt the cache each time, but it still dosn't register any donations.

This occurs on both the custom stylesheet and the default stylesheet. And I can't see where there's anywhere to manually add donations.

Also, I was hoping there was some way to remove the javascript countdown and perhaps just add a daily cron system that counts down only the days?

Hmm.. also just noticed this error message when I click the db donate button from the admincp root:

Oops! We ran into some problems.
Controller DBTech\Donate\ActionAdmin\Main could not be found.

I've tried to replicate this locally but I can't seem to, can you please provide me with MySQL INSERT INTO statements I can use to test your specific DB records?

Scratch that, I think I figured it out... PM'd you.

This is working as intended. All the records have "is_confirmed = 0" which means they will not be displayed.

How is that "working as intended"?

The donations were processed by PayPal and the money is in the PayPal account, but the payments were not confirmed in the add-on...

We've operated the same PayPal account since 2011, nothing has changed there, so it's either caused by XF2.0 or the DragonByte-Tech donation add-on.

I understand what you mean regarding confirmed transactions, but can't you help with getting this working?

You can update all of the records and set is_confirmed to 1, that will get them to display.
That doesn't help me. I need to fix it so that I don't have to be editing the database all the time.

Members are confused as to whether their donations have been received, and it makes the actual "progress meter" useless...

No other site is having an issue with getting their donations confirmed, do you have any error log entries related to this mod?

The donation gets automatically set to confirmed whenever XF2 detects that a payment is received successfully, and will only un-confirm a donation if the payment gets reversed on PayPal's end.

I have this issue too , is it a known bug , any solution
This guy appears to be having the same problem....

I have some regular ones related to the DB Security app, but I thought that was just some issue that was left over after upgrading the app from the XF1.x version. Unless that could indicate a problem with the donations app as well (mostly with respect to the "watchers" and I believe there's one that's generated by an incorrect password attempt), then no, there's no errors, unfortunately. :(

Please try disabling all other modifications, leaving only DBTech modifications enabled, then try again.
