Question disable down ranked post

how can i disable this feature?
and what is this?

i just disable this plugin in admin cp:
(Pro) Postbit: Downrank Posts

and it works
this part of mode disabled

I can't seem to find where to disable it. I'll keep looking but if someone sees this, I'd appreciate some help. Thanks!

There's nothing else I can say, really. That's the exact title of the plugin, and it's in the latest version.
