Bug Database Error

We continually have the inability to access our site due to database errors related to an installation a little over a month ago of DBSEO. Here is an example of an error message received today when trying to access the site:
Database error in DragonByte SEO 2.0.21:

Too many connections

You have to increase number of connections in "my.cnf" (MySQL configuration File)

generally it's located at: "/etc/my.cnf" (CentOS)
